About Your Cleaner
Your cleaner benefits from our admin and client support. To facilitate effective cleaning, provide property access details, and share your priorities directly with your cleaner via text or a note. If no specific instructions are given, your cleaner will start with high-use areas and work their way through the time frame in a manner they see most beneficial. In cases where cleaners work in teams, the total working hours remain constant. For example, 2 cleaners x 5 hours each = 10 hours. If services exceed allocated time, you’ll be contacted for approval to continue at the normal hourly rate. Valid complaints result in a free re-visit. Report damages promptly; your cleaner’s insurance covers accidental breakages.
Deep/Spring Cleaning Tasks
Your cleaner will perform a comprehensive list of tasks either that you give us or from their own survey of the property, including dusting, cobwebbing, bathroom/toilet and laundry room cleaning, kitchen surfaces/appliances, interior and exterior surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting high-use areas. Deep cleaning tasks for fridges, ceilings, blinds etc will require extra time and cost.
Oven Clean
Your oven clean includes the two metal side racks and up to two metal racks/grilling trays in the oven clean. Prices vary based on size and parts, with preparation involving a cold oven with no roasting trays. Additional tasks like roasting dishes may incur extra costs. Your cleaner will use a caustic product for effective cleaning. While rare, potential risks include damage to non-metal surfaces, rubber seals, and discoloration of oven handles. Your cleaner is extensively trained in taking necessary precautions but this is a risk taken by the Client allowing us to use this product. Alternatives are available but require more elbow grease and don’t always get great results.
Window Clean
Your cleaner goes beyond glass, covering frames, sills, seals, and tracks during window cleaning. Additional fees apply for specific window types or a builder’s clean, involving plaster, concrete, paint, and silicon removal. We use a pure water and pole system for larger home exteriors, we don’t work from scaffolding so may not be able to reach skylights, deep set windows etc.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Carpets typically dry within 4-6 hours. Ensure furniture is moved before the cleaning session. While stain removal isn’t guaranteed, your cleaner can address most spots. Upholstery cleaning must align with the sofa’s manufacturer warranty and we don’t clean soft back or throw cushions that the covers can be zipped off and washed in a machine as they soak up too much water- we recommend you do these before we come.
